Author Marilyn A. Hudson Interviewed by Red Dirt Report

A history of storytelling in modern Oklahoma is the topic of an article in the Red Dirt Report.  Author Marilyn A. Hudson is interviewed and explains her motivation for writing the book.

Norman based author, Marilyn A. Hudson, crafts a basic introduction looking at the art of oral storytelling as seen in many community groups, explores the theory of storytelling, and presents a directory of some of the pioneer and recent state story artisans.

Hudson is author of Tales of Hell's Half Acre, When Death Rode the Rails, Madame Delaine, The Bones of Summer, Noel Brooks, Those Pesky Verses of Paul, In Her Own Words, The Mound, Murderous Marriages, and Off the Page!   She is currently at work completing a suspense novel due out in the fall.
