We continue to receive tens of thousands of unsolicited submissions and inquiries each year and are still only considering a single-digit percentage for publishing. Our goal, however, is to work with a solid group of professional authors, such as yourself, and we have dramatically increased our focus on solicited manuscripts. As a part of the select group of Tate authors, we believe you will have a better understanding of the kind of author and work we seek to consider.
